Leave the work.
Keep the thread.

For the moment you have to stop —
and the moment you’re ready to begin again.

A good place to pause.

Before you close the tab, leave three things:
where you stopped, your next move, and the catch.

Your notebook.
Your browser.

Afterword stores your checkpoints on this browser, on this device. No account, no tracking, no AI service reading your notes.

Clearing site data or using a different browser can leave your notebook behind. Export a JSON backup to keep a copy, then import it wherever you continue.

This prototype helps you capture your own context. It does not automatically record your screen or measure time saved.
